Vibrating screen is a machine that uses the vibration produced by the exciter to work. Since it has big amplitude and strong vibrating force, it is suitable for screening wet materials and the materials that are hard to be screened. It can be used in many industries such as mining, ore dressing, chemistry, coal, and metallurgy and building materials. It is also called vibrating separator.
Circular vibrating screen is one type of the vibration sieve. Since the materials on the screen net moves in a circle, it is also called round vibrating screen. It adopts cylinder eccentric exciter, and the amplitude can be adjusted so that it is suitable for screening various kinds of materials. In addition, it has many layers of screen nets, so that it is able to screen products with many different granularity so that the screening efficiency is higher, thus saving energy consumption for the customers.
