Brief Introduction to Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator is a kind of mechanical equipment used for conveying materials from a lower position to a higher position and it is widely used in the mining equipment production lines. As an ore elevator machine, it has wide application and is able to convey large-sized materials and particles such as coal, cement, sand and rocks and it can also be called bucket hoist or hoist conveyor.
Working Principle of Bucket Elevator:
The bucket conveyor is suitable for lifting materials from a lower position to a higher position for the materials to be continuously conveyed to upper part through the vibration plate. According to the conveying quantity, the conveying speed can be adjusted and the lifting height can also be adjusted. The elevator bucket is a continuous conveying machine that uses a series material cabin fasted on the pulling devices and vertically lifts the materials. It can be divided into plate chain bucket elevator and bucket hoist conveyor.
Main Characteristics of the Bucket Conveyor:
The elevator bucket has low driving power, adopts flow-in type material feeding and leading type discharging, so that there almost needs no material returning during the lifting process.
Wide application ranges. This series of product has few requirements for the materials, so that it is not only suitable for large-sized materials, but for particles and powder materials, and in addition, it has stable operation and long service life.
