The stone production line is generally composed by several machines and it is mainly used for crushing and processing large-sized stone materials to the required granularity. According to different granularity requirements, the necessary equipment will be used.
The stone crushing plant mainly consists of jaw crusher, sand maker, vibrating screen, sand washer and belt conveyor. Firstly large-sized stone is coarsely crushed by jaw crusher, the coarse materials after the coarse crushing are sent to the sand maker by the belt conveyor for further crushing, and then the materials will be screened by the vibrating screen, and the qualified materials will become final products and the unqualified materials will be sent back to the sand maker by the belt conveyor to be crushed again.
